Doctrinal Statement
We believe that salvation is by faith alone in Jesus Christ without works. This means that salvation cannot be earned by any work (church attendance, baptism, etc.) Salvation is putting your faith in Jesus Christ and trusting that His death, burial and resurrection from the grave is all that is needed to pay for your sins. You receive salvation by calling upon the Lord Jesus Christ to save you.
[Ephesians 2:8-9, John 3:16, Romans 10:9-10, Romans 10:13]

We believe that the King James Version of the Bible is the word of God without error for the English-speaking people. We reject all modern Bible translations.
[Psalm 12:6-7, Psalm 119:89, Matthew 24:35, 1 Peter 1:23]

We believe in the eternal security of the believer. Just like there is nothing you can do to earn salvation, there is nothing you can do to lose it once you have it.
[John 5:24, John 10:27-29, Ephesians 1:13]

We believe that Jesus is God, and that Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Ghost and born of the virgin Mary. We believe that God consists of the Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost, and that these three are one. The Father, the Son, and the Holy Ghost are three distinct persons. This doctrine is commonly known as the trinity. We reject the heresy of modalism or so-called oneness.
[Genesis 1:26-27, John 1:1-3, John 8:16-16, Colossians 2:9, 1 John 5:7]

We believe that Jesus is God in the flesh. He was completely God and completely man.
[1 Timothy 3:16, 1 John 3:16, 1 John 5:20]

We believe that baptism is the first step in the discipleship process of a new believer. We believe that baptism is a symbolic picture of the death, burial and resurrection of Christ and the future resurrection of all believers. We reject the teaching that baptism is required for salvation. We reject sprinkling, pouring, and "Jesus only" baptism.
[Acts 8:36-38, Acts 16:30-31, Romans 6:3-5]

We believe that the unsaved will spend eternity tormented in a literal hell.
[Mark 9:43-48, Luke 16:22-24, Revelation 14:10, Revelation 20:10, Revelation 20:14-15]

We believe only in the local church and not in a universal church. We believe that a church is an assembly or congregation of local believers banding together under the leadership of a pastor for the purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission.
[Matthew 28:18-20, Ephesians 4:16, Titus 1:5]

We reject the teaching of Calvinism and specifically all five points of the TULIP teaching and believe that God wants everyone to be saved.
[1 Timothy 4:10, Titus 2:11, 1 John 2:2]

We oppose worldliness, modernism, formalism, and liberalism and believe in holy, separated living.
[James 4:4, 1 John 2:15-16]

This is not an all-inclusive list. We believe anything and everything found and taught in the King James Version of the Bible.
